William Pitney received his BA from the University of Kentucky and his MBA from The University of Arizona. He completed specialized training in Financial Transition Planning through the Sudden Money Institute. Additionally, he has received advanced training in investment fiduciary responsibility, personal financial planning and life planning. He is also among the very few financial professionals to have successfully completed the intensive training and rigorous examination for addressing the unique benefit programs covering all federal employees.
