David Coughlin was raised in suburban Detroit, Michigan and has attended to the wealth management interests of physicians and independent contractors for over twenty years. David has numerous private and enduring client relationships with physicians, many of whom began with him while residents at the Navy’s largest teaching hospital in the early 1990s, and continue to seek his counsel in the areas of wealth accumulation, management, and protection.
David R. Coughlin, CFP®, advisor to professionals, executives, and responsible individuals, is available for a no obligation wealth management consult.
In addition to David’s wealth management practice, he founded Federal Roll-Off Services, Inc., a disposal business servicing the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. construction and demolition industry. This first-hand experience with employee and client relations, fiscal discipline, governmental compliance, and taxation, buttress David’s two decades of observations and recommendations as a wealth manager.

He is a graduate of the Naval War College, the Armed Forces Staff College, and holds FAA ratings as a commercial, multi-engine, instrument pilot.
